Eye Dr Update

Well today we saw Dr Pashby, Lucas' eye doctor. We go for surgery May 9th at 7:15 am. Which is a month to the day before i am due. Lets hope i don't go to early..LOL. Dr Pashby is going to do surgery on both eyes again. The right eye (which is the worse eye) will have the tube put into it. Which should last in his eye a few weeks. And come out on its own through his mouth.(its so small he may not even know he is coughing it out. The left eye which is the better of the two will be poked again just to open it up some more. Since we are finding he is still tearing in that eye too. (Just not as much as the right) So that should be everything. This surgery will take longer. About an hour we are told. So Lucas will be under for a longer time. :( It is still only day surgery so we don't have to stay over night or anything. Which is great. But it will be longer before we get to leave. Then the following week we go back to Pashby for a follow up appointment. And we hope and pray that this surgery fixed what is wrong. So we don't have to do anything else.

As the mommy iam very scared. I know nothing will go wrong. (or so i tell myself) but knowing that my baby is in the O.R having surgery scares me. My baby will have to be put too sleep. It makes a mother a little nervous. I know some of you know that feeling.

Tomorrow we have Sportabilty Class. The start of Lucas' busy weeks to come. LOL
After sport call we have a midwife appointment to go to. My every two weeks have started. Maybe i will find out i have a new due date again. LOL... but i doubt it.
