My First Casserole

I'm making my first Casserole.
Can't believe it.

For those of you who don't know me....Well know this. I DON'T COOK.
I hate it. I mean I do it sense I have a son and husband who like to eat. LOL. But I cook little easy things like pasta or chicken...Or take out.

TODAY THAT ALL HAS CHANGED. LOL
ok so it really hasn't but I'm cooking a real kinda meal today.

BROCCOLI CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE

Saute medium onion in 1/2 stick butter. Cook 1 package broccoli and drain and add:
1 c. uncooked rice

1 c. cooked chicken

1 can cream mushroom soup

1/4 c. water

1/2 c. or more Cheese Whiz

1/2 c. milk

Pour in casserole and bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

That is what I cooked. I know I know Nothing hard. And it wasn't. But its what people call a MEAL ... lol.....

AND OMG I HATE ONIONS.
MY EYES ARE STILL BURNING.

Well I will let you all know after dinner how it turned out.
Lets hope I don't kill Gary.
